Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We completely understand that life happens – things come up unexpectedly, and will always do our best to be flexible where we can. However, as a solo groomer, every appointment slot matters. When a booking is cancelled at short notice, that time is very difficult to fill, which means we’re unable to offer it to another dog who may be waiting.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please get in touch as early as possible – either by phone, DM on Instagram, or by replying to your booking confirmation. The sooner we know, the better we can manage the diary and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

No Show Policy

Zero tolerance policy: a single no show will result in permanent removal from our client list. Future bookings will not be accepted.

We truly hate having to have this policy in place – because if you’re here, we know you care about your dog, and that’s exactly the kind of owner we love to work with. But as a one-person business, a no show doesn’t just cost me money – it means another dog misses out on their slot entirely.

We hold appointments in good faith, and ask for the same in return. If something has gone wrong on the day – an emergency, an accident, anything at all – please reach out as soon as you possibly can. We’re always human about genuine situations.
