To secure your exclusive one-on-one appointment, a £15 deposit is required at the time of booking.

Please know this isn’t an extra fee! It will be deducted from the final cost of your dog’s groom on the day. As a small local business offering dedicated time slots, this simply helps me manage my schedule and ensures no one misses out on a chance to be pampered.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give me at least 48 hours’ notice and your deposit can be fully refunded or moved to your new booking.
